I am going to ride to escort a piece of steel from the World Trade Center to East Greenville,PA American Legion #184 on Saturday 10/9/2010
The weather is supposed to be perfect. We will have fire and police escort out of NJ and into Penna.
I feel honored to be able to participate.

Rather than attempt to get 1,000’s of bikes and cages into N.Y., the 9-11 Steel was moved the night before to a Marriot Inn for the run back.

I was in the rear after a minor mechanical problem required me to pull off the road about 5 miles from the finish of the run. Excellent run for an extraordinary purpose.
