Inability to accept criticism of a product

Remember when Castellano released a statement to that effect?
And the new owner at EPL followed up with contrary to what Mr. Castellano thinks, under German Law, all rights reverted to EPL on transfer.
The telling part was the statement that the Trustee awarded the insolvent EPL to Märklin.
EPL held the “intangibles”, like trademarks and copyrights.

Made some calls, and Märklin got it ALL.

You notice anybody on any forums whose sig line is no longer mentioning the former company?

All will be posted at the usual places, since I believe the direct posting embargo on this matter is still in force, right Bob?
I think Bob has thrown in the towel and shot himself in the head. No matter what he pleads, the red box crap goes on.

The RB crap may go on, but the copied originals and the translations are not on LSC. If the Ventilators still get into a spin on here, that is entirely their doing, proof of which is delivered on a regular basis.
At least part of the objective has been achieved.

Perhaps they could talk about structure kit-bashing instead or what name would be appropriate for the “Now Defunct”. Or the intricasies of the DCC systems. That should keep them busy for a very long, good while.
