Ref Mik’es resin method.
On Google, I came across a tube of resin that can be used in a mold and cured by UV light. Should be ok for small fiddly items. I believe its one of those dental items.
Its made by an outfit called Proformic. It is not cheap… £24,(GBP) for 7g tube with UV source.

Think I’ll stick to RTV and ordinary resin!

I’ve had good luck with RTV and various casting resins too…

The resin sounds like a similar product, unfortunately I’m stuck with OEM loaded cartridges verses the ability to refill same.

Yes, I’m intrigued by the whole process and the ability to design and build whatever I desire… Me thinks it will ultimately save me a bunch of time scratch building stuff.

Started on a 3D rendering last night, my ACAD program has a 3D module. It doesn’t seem to cumbersome to transition into the 3D CAD world.
