Everyone is right, that street scene is a winner. Looks so real, just needs a few weeds and some trash in the gutters to
completely fool the eye.

Ray, since that’s you and Cris in front of the hotel, I’m guessing that the gent sitting on the curb is your late father–based on the photo of him and you (sorry about the grammar) posted elsewhere on this site.

What a great thing to do! So very personal.

Actually that’s one of my brothers. I haven’t yet made a miniature of my father, but I plan to (along with the rest of the family, eventually).
