Hello Railfans I just had to post this. This past Monday I received the prize I won in this years challenge build off. After many attempts to find this photo that I took on a Steam in the Snow excursion up in New Hampshire a few years back, it was on a old defunct computer, (note to self make more than 1 copy next time) I sent it off to Dave taylor who graciously supplied the prize so he could work his magic on it. He managed to enlarge a 4 megapixel photo that was taken on a 10 year old Kodak digital camera to a size I didn’t think possible from such a small file. As you can see the results are amazing.
The photo now hangs in my train/second living room. My wife doesn’t mind as much as I thought she would, she said it reminds her of our trip to NH. If any of you guys have a favorite photo you would like enlarged I would suggest contacting Dave and letting him go to work. Thanks to all who were involved with the contest. Todd
