Compared to what $3.5M will buy here in Fairfield County, its an amazing bargain - even without the trains. If I win Powerball ($300M, this week but I forgot to buy a ticket) I’d be interested, but only after buying what is left of the EBT.

$3.5 million will get you quite a bit around here.
And as far as the trains go, the fun is in creating your own little world 
But I certainly like the EBT idea. I’m sure it’s in more than a few Powerball dreams
