Yes, indeed, magnificent locos - and stock, all lovingly cared for as well.

One thing about the UK Tac is that you are never far from the sea. Just over the hill or down the road for me.

Alan, you say that as though it’s something that is supposed to give me comfort. I like to think of a few big ranges of mountains 'twixt me and the sea. People DROWN in that stuff, y’know.

Great stuff, water. As one engineer mentioned to me whilst paying a visit to the ‘Magic Mountain’ - a totally underground hydr-electric power station in North Wales [Dinorwic - worth a look on Youtube], no matter how many times you use it, it doesn’t wear out. :slight_smile:
