I guess it’s like this. If you could see the whole picture, there are TWO ore bins visible. One, on the left, and up front is very definately an ore bin with several chutes. The other is on the right, and in the back, and unlike the big one in the front left, it’s turned 90 degrees (meaning you’d be looking at a train coming through it head on.) This structure, at the back right, appears to have a chute on it, and the previously described cart rail that comes out of the mine, through the top of it, and on across a trestle on the other side …
Because this second structure appears to be vaguely square shaped, kind of like a “cold climate” water tower, I wanted to make sure it was actually an ore bin (as opposed to, say, a water tower with a mine track across the top …)
In any case, the one with the big yellow circle around it is the one I’m talking about.
