I am sorry to be too far away to see it in person, so you are very lucky in that regard. I have been following its progress since I began in this hobby (about 4 years) a masterful piece of work!

Doc had his model at York. It truely is an inspiring. The 1:1 coaches of that early era are beautiful craftmanship. Nice to see that some are being preserved. Many were turned into MOW bunk equipment before retirement.
