How to get Cops to respond FAST

Jeff, that’s pretty much how it is here too. Except every shooting requires somebody to be arrested. We have to attend legal classes every 4 years to keep our CCW’s and the DA always tells us we will be arrested if we shoot somebody regardless of the reason and it will cost us on average of $500,000 in legal fee’s to get through the system.

Dave, all you need to do with my Colt .45 is drop the slide lock and everyone’s ears perk right up!

Jon.

What I did was pull the 1911 slide all the way back, and just let it go…

You could hear it ram the slug home for two and a half blocks.

BTW, Good Job Dave!

Yunno it reminds of “The bad American”

Which ones?
The bastards trying to steal the restored car or the one determined to stop them, or the cops who didn’t care?

Dave:
I retold your story at work today. The other officer’s responses were well done on your part and general disgust on the other.
John

We will never get things back under control. Now the Bushwacker wants to build a fence. To little to late.

Dave, its here if youve never seen it.

Personally there a few people in the UK government I’d like to give it to. Hmmmm The Bad Brit… Arf

Cheers

Personally… i still prefer the sound of the trusty old remington 870 racking … as she slams the bolt home… NOW that is a sound that gets attention…

and out here… we just call the sheriffs office… to tell them where to find the body… that there ain’ no big need to get in any hurry…

Maurice,

Are gonna get a train running this year ? At home I mean :>)

Open a Tim Hortons…

Okay.
The officer did not show up for work last night, so at 2240 I requested to talk to his supervisor.

2310 he called.

We had quite a chat.

Both perps born in 1987.

“Justin” and “Brock”, driving a black Hyundai.

Looks like a communications issue from dispatch.
The 2358 call was logged at 2359 as a drive-by security check, no contact (which means, don’t you dare call the RP and get the real story).
Dispatched at 0027.

He ain’t happy with what he sees and the stuff I told him we found in the morning.

Shift to 1000 this morning.

Head of CID calls.

I give him all the poop.
This is the Chief I’ve known for 25 years, lives six blocks from me.

He is not a happy camper.

He’s starting an investigation from the top, the Sergeant is starting from the bottom, and wait for the fireworks.

Running the names pst the neighbors to see what we get for recognition.

I wonder.

#2 shot or slug shells in the 12GA?

Yeah 29 yrs. old , had to be more of a story there.

I had thought about taking out the shot and putting in rubber balls. Or like the old farmers did when my Dad and his brothers getting apples, rocksalt !
