Unless one researches the exact registration ( date, applicability of the respective trademark(s) ) this one is not very helpful, is it??

Don’t change the channel!!

And the point is ?!?

I’m getting used to you not seeing (getting) the point, so don’t worry!

Maybe we need a little “school of the boat”.

Did you fail to see the “press release” from LGB45 stating that they own all trademarks outside of Germany?

Here is the German version:
LGB, RIGI, GNOMY, LGB of America, LEHMANN and the LGB TOYTRAIN logotype are registered trademarks. Other trademarks are the property of their owners. © 2007 E.P. LEHMANN GmbH & Co. KG.

Here is the Sandy Eigo version:
LGB, RIGI, GNOMY, LGB of America, LEHMANN and the LGB TOYTRAIN logotype are registered trademarks. Other trademarks are the property of their owners. © 2007 LGB of America, Inc.

So, uh, like the man said, who owns what?

Dave,

What we need is ribbons or medals on completion of “training”.

I guess in Grade 4 it’s easier to comprehend things.

Today is my one day off from teaching the kids and I’m printing up certificates for the “Tough Cookies” who were on that one and a half hour XC ski trip yesterday in a really blustery snowstorm.

At the end of the treck they had a choice; they could leisurely ski to the lodge on the flat track or tackle one more hill to swoop down to the finish. Everyone chose the swooping.

It’s a joy to teach those kids!

I’m beginning to smell a rat. Actually, I smelled one a long time ago, but was reluctant to go even this far.

This is more fun that watching two monkeys trying to kiss a NFL football.

Dago Red has such a heady nose.

I’m not so sure it’s “Who owns what” as much as it is "When will LGBoA take, by default, full ownership of LGB

Warren,

Whatever!

Has anyone looked at the trademark registrations as they are currently listed?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
how long would it take for changing the registrations and would there be a new “Published for Opposition” timeline?? Would one need to have a very smart legal beagle not to miss those “Opposition” timelines??

Two of your 3 links have expired. Could you copy/paste the information
Please!

With the possible exception of an empty garage and depleted bank account in NĂƒÂŒrnberg, it seems like they have already taken “full ownership” (well at least full possession)! :open_mouth: Jerry
