How easy is it to change out the motor of an LGB 21355 Street Car?

The motor in my favorite trolly has given up the ghost. How easy is it to change out the motor of an LGB 21355 Street Car?

The motor block needs to be removed and then remove the top plate to get to the motor. That is the standard ‘stainz’ motor block in the trolley.

the question is how to remove the motor block? It appears to me that I need to take all the screws out of the bottom of the trolly in order to do that. It appears that the motor block assembly is attached to the floor of the trolly? See image below.
