can’t see the first on my machine, Flash not installed…
but for the 2nd one, I did this (remove the * and it should work for you)

The easiest way I have found to do it: Under the youtube video is a “Share” button, click on that and Copy the URL that comes up. Paste that between [ youtube ] and [ /youtube ]. (just leave out the spaces that I put in the youtube tags)

Hit the “quote” on Cale’s post…that’ll show you the tags he used.
Use ‘Old Embed Code’ from YouTube and paste into the ‘Source’ field from the Insert Video button.
