How do i get the coal load off this Heisler to get underneath?

I replied to this on the other forum.

I’m just guessing, because I haven’t worked on a Heisler in years, but maybe a screw under the water hatch.

Somewhere the coal bunker screws on to the floor deck, I would say turn the engine upside down and look for these screws on the bottom side of the floor deck. All engines come apart, it’s just looking for where things are attached. I assume you don’t work on many engines, or this would be pretty easily detected as most who do. I sometimes go to the manufactures parts diagrams, they are usually exploded views and make it easier for taking things apart. I would say the coal load probably screws into the coal bunker housing on the bottom side, which will make taking things apart to get to it.

The coal load can be removed. The instructions indicate that it can simply be lifted out. However, there is a screw under the water hatch which must be removed first.

Thanks all. That worked!
