Took these picture on 8-16-2014 at Oakridge Tennessee at the “Secret City Scenic Railroad” The crew was making up new horn configurations for there excursion railroad.

The town of Wheat was moved to make way for the Manhattan Project and the ticket shed is from the last security shack after closing Oak Ridge Production.

That is a U-23B loco.

Those are nice horns, How did they sound?

A few years back I tried making train horns out of PVC pipe and they ended up sounding more like a ships horn than a train. They need some tuning.

That ticket shed is neat looking, similar to a Piko shack.
