This looks interesting, especially for hard to print rubbery bits.
Ive wanted to try injection molding, but the mold cost for metal molds is pretty prohibitive. Printing the molds and using a lower-temp plastic might be neat. I wonder if they plan on supporting other plastics?
This is still pricey (~$2.6k US), but getting closer to practical home injection molding with various plastics. You buy their βmold backerβ case, and insert your own 3d printed mold into it.
This guy sells parts for a DIY machine. Kinda confusing, but I suppose it all make sense if you watch his videos.
