Funny that you should mention that; while doing Ski-hosting I had the pleasure of showing four elderly American ladies the “long way home” i.e. they had heard about the trails that more or less do the circumference of the area. They figured if we took it really easy they’d be able to do that. Well we did most of it, but it took a l-o-n-g time. 
I had to ski back and forth between the head group and the others, good thing, it kept me warm. Oh yes, that’s what I learned that day, dress according to the age of the group you’re leading.
Speaking of dressing accordingly…please put your clothes back on…we have enough snow…!! :lol:
