Sheesh Steve, here I thought we were contributing to Stacy’s pool of knowledge in all things trains and general transportation. In other words get him up to speed - no, no, by no means high speed, that would be too taxing. Besides high speed and toy trains is a recipe for disaster.
Hans, unless you have something to contribute to this thread, please stay on topic or don’t post.
I won’t ask twice.
Stacy, put a sock in it. How did you get through boot camp, much less four years active duty with the Marines with that thin skin? What are you planning to do, punch HJ out? Ha!
I asked you nicely, and privately, to stop this nonsense, now I’m telling you, as Marine to Marine, knock it off! It is unbecoming and brings discredit on my Marine Corps! STFU!
I never stated I had 4 years active duty in the Marine Corps. Making stuff up about a fellow poster is a new low for you Steve.
Further, Hans made some rather asinine remarks, (once again), and I reminded him to stay on topic. If that happens to interfere with your interpretations of what happened, then I suggest you cop a chill and rethink what you are saying.
Also, telling a fellow poster to " STFU " is rude and unnecessary.
I might add that the Marine Corps is not “yours”. It belongs to the people of the United States. I won’t question your record as you did mine. I will not lower myself to that level.
BACK ON TOPIC.
At 8:38 pm on April 10, in your intro thread in this, the general forum, you indicated that you were a retired US Marine. That indicates 20 years service, at least. You also said that you worked on the F4 Phantom. Now you deny that. What is the truth, Stacy?
Each Marine takes ownership of the Corps. For a Marine to say " my Marine Corps" is quite common. If, indeed, you are a retired Marine, you would know that. What is the truth, Stacy?
