Hey guys, Been working on her over the weekendI’m not quite finished with her…but ain’t she a beauty?! The resin kit is from Burl Rice (see his articals in the last 3 issues of Garden Railways magazine) Brian B. DT&I 1980ish
Saw a string of untagged hi-cubes in a freight yesterday while I was getting a muffler and pipe put on Sophira. Of course, the $200 pipe with the resonator in it was rotted out.
Looks like your wait will be over in 2015 AML is said to be doing a 50ft version, This is an example of how great the forums are, that older posts can be reread and used. Burls web still has construction pictures of his Hicube builds.
I know the Shills don’t like history but some of these older threads have valuable info and great to
bring them back to the top once and a while.
Your right Nick , I can watch the builds of Brian B and Burl among others over and over. You can pick up alot from guys like that.
