It was super! Perfect weather, very fast conditions and a lot of racers. Handing out Gatorade and water at the 9km point of the 15 km loop was fun, too. The pack at the very front was too focused to need drinks, the gang a bit farther back figured that picking up at speed was no sweat - naturally they then were wearing quite a bit of the liquid. But since Friday promises good weather I now feel a railfanning trip coming on, have to go check the snow in the mountain passes.

And here comes one more. Tomorrow Raven and I will start Cani-X school, similar to skijöring but on dry land. Main objective: get Raven used to the “Gee” and “Haw” commands and into the “it’s a run or a walk” routine, not just a sniffing expedition.

Oh yeah, on those lessons; one could refer to it as two old dogs learning new tricks, eh!?
