Very interesting shot! My first thought was WOW UP still has a MoPac caboose? Is that an alternator drive on the second axle from the left on the left side photo?
By the way what’s with the “CDA” The rest of the nation calls them “CDL’s” (Commercial Driver License). I know this guy deserves to lose his.

Now said Truck operator should NO longer have a CDL or was that CDA, what ever - he does not need to be behind the wheel of a BIG rig! Next he’ll run on over some poor liberial in his or her foreign made car! Now that would be a major crime, at least here in the People’s Republic of Western Washington! However, he will be on the road again tomorrow, so be on the lookout for him so you don’t end up in a picture on the internet!
