And how does that work? Looks a bit big for the typical mine railroad.
From what little info I could gather from Shoshone County, Id history.
She sat on a siding in Wallace or Mullan, Id. It was used as Headquarters for any mine in the Silver Valley that had a mining emergency.
The round seal on the side was from The Dept of Interior, Bureau of Mines.
The car was eventually sold to a private party who turned it into a bar in Mullan, ID.
It was later destroyed in a fire, along with the Miners Union Hall.
I don’t have those dates.
