Aristocraft mikado/ Mallet wheel needed please any one have a spair to replace this one that’s damaged ,corroded??
If you can’t get one you can repair it with J.B.Weld. push it into a bit of clay (backside to clay),lift it out, turn enough to clear the bad rim area and carefully reseat so you have a full rim. Mix your J.B.Weld and patch the void in place. Allow plenty of time for a full cure, 3-4 days, remove from clay and file excess to contours of existing rim and tread, careful as you go.
I to would second J B Weld, two things that are very important, make sure you mix the two part equality and the part you are putting the JBW on is clean and free of and grease and dirt. I’ve repaired and glued many a things over the past 30 years and never had a failure if done correct. There are two JBW’s, the 5 minute and the eight hour type, I would probably use the 8 hour type for this repair.
