Wow…head on’s like this SHOULD NOT be happening in this day and age!!! 3 are probably dead and thinking more than 3 are gonna lose their jobs due to negligence. Warren has gotta be pissed off!

Rooster, I am thinking the same thing. I wonder if it was some kind of mechanical failure, or if one of the engineers was doing something he should NOT be doing and blew through a red signal.

Smacks of the Amtrak accident in Philly last year.
