Anybody have an old Kalamazoo 4-4-0 or possibly the newer Hartland version that needs a new home. One of the old Kalamazoo versions is probably in my budget, ie cheaper, than the newer one from Hartland. Added the Big John to the list as well. For the right deal I might throw one of my HO engines on ebay to raise funds. Mike

Which one the Kalamazoo or Hartland. The Kalamazoo’s, when the local large scale shop has them go for 75 to 100ish, the Hartlands tend to be in the 200 or more range which is out of budget right now. The Kalamazoo, depending on the colors might match my 2018d beater Mogul, which still needs new domes. I really wish Hartland would do the eureka and palisade 4 as a factory painted engine in a special run. I am really supprised they havent since the prototype comes out on occassion and run. Mike
Mike I have the Kalamazoo Mountain Central. I got the set with the two passenger cars.
Thats what I am hunting, always wanted that set when our local Ace Hardware would carry them during the holidays. I have seen that set for 225 and not selling and the engines along sell for as low as $50. I have no idea what to offer. But I would love to give it a good home. Mike
This set had no track (I dont think it was part of the set as their is no place in the package for it. The only thing issing is the power pack. Send me a PM and we can discusse more.
If above doesn’t work out, I have a NIB Hartland Hickory Lake Lumber, also some new Hartland Log Cars…as well as several other new Hartland engines
