I have a Hartland Motor Car that I’m replacing a motor block in. I found the mount for the motor block under a crate in the baggage compartment. I would have guessed that it unscrews but I don’t think it does. How do I get it apart without breaking something?

You talking about the push-clip that holds it on?
I know one of my old units had this.

You have to get under the ears, and work them carefully up one at a time, just a bit, working around in the same direction,
It will take several circles to complete, but it will come off.
If you don’t want to save the clip, just pry the little ears up that engage the plastic boss with a small jeweler’s flatblade.
