Honestly, in Fn3, I can only think of one OR&W car and one W&W ever being offered, both by NENG, and I never compared them to drawings or the like for accuracy.
Gee.
Kind of like depending on a specific sound system for one’s customers, right?

Ozark is doing fine. In fact, Dave is running overtime ......It is Ozark’s goal to provide kits from beginner to advanced and in the three most popular scales.

Does this mean that Ozark will be working on most or all of the trucks that Hartford had in their line? It would be nice.
Since I am a three foot fan of all the narrow gauge lines, I share other’s hopes that some of the more obscure roads equipment will someday be available, as I model ‘what I like’, not necessarily any particular road or era. Having lived in East Tennessee for a time, I did some research into ‘Tweetsie’, and would love to have hardware to model with.

HP’s website is still up (last time I checked.)
And you can still order items.
Is this fair to the consumer who doesn’t know what is going on?
j
Order how? They don’t return phone calls or e-mail, so I really don’t think they are taking orders. Mine was taken the only day I got them to answer the phone.
Note what was said in the other thread, that the guy that does their laser work cannot even get hold of them.
They weren’t in that part of MO that washed away in the floods by chance?
Jeannie used to be on chat here every or almost every nite don’t know if she still frequents it but you might check and ask her in person whats going on??? The Regal
…She hasn’t been on for ages…it would clear the air, if she or someone would be “Up Front”, and just state what the problem is.
I do remember that her partner/husband, or whatever, was very ill, and this set the family back a great deal. It seemed that Jeany had to get another job, and her son (?) was trying to keep the orders filled. How old the lad is; I have no idea, but it sure would be nice to hear what is going on straight from the family.
I am a new member to LSC. I found this forum via a google search of Hartford Products.
What little I can learn from their web site (defunct) they are just what I am looking for.
I am a new model railroader building my first garden railroad. I have about 17 LGB rolling
stock with 4 locomotives. I will be modeling 50’s ear. My garndfather worked for the
Chicago and Alton RR in the 30-40’s. I plan to scratch build both freight and passenger
cars to run on LGB 45mm track. I am looking for a source for trucks, wheels and axles.
What suppliers would you reccomend.
Thanks

Phil’s Narrow Gauge has some nice narrow gauge cars as does Bronson-Tate, do a search and they should show up.
Jerry,
Your link is broken.
Welcome, Tom.
