Happy Easter! No More Mister Nice Guy II

Hello Everyone, and Happy Easter!

A few weeks ago when I let go of trying to be the greatest modeller of all time, aided by an imaginary unlimited budget, I laid down 180 ft of track in the back yard and ran some trains…well, then, I liked it so well I laid down another track outside the original and I’m running two trains now.

Boy is this fun!

EDIT: Holy smokes, I really suck at making videos!!!

I agree! Look on the bright side: You can only get better. (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

I sure hope so, Joe!

The technique may be a little rough but the running trains were enjoyable.

Thanks for sharing.

Nice long loops, Great job

Well, everyone can’t be Cecil B. DeMille (http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-smile.gif)

Good job on getting track down. Now just water it and you’ll be surprised how it will grow. I see some nice looking bridges in the background just waiting for a purpose to carry track !

Looking good John. You are off and running now. A few bridges a few buildings, sidings and you got yourself a RR.

I have seen worse videos of trains done by so called pros. Making a nice video is all about the angles, editing and music. You have some nice RR equipment there. Get your camera low like your holding it filming a real train going by. You can put the camera on the train, in front behind, on top but keep the aerial drone shots to a minimum.
