Hand-laid track on curved bridges/trestles?

Any tips on methods for hand laying ties, tie plates and rails to fit a curved bridge or trestle?

On my straight bridges I just glued the ties to the bridge, using a piece of foam board to get the spacing. Then I glued the tie plates to the rails, painted them, and spiked them to the ties. Now I’m building a curved bridge and I’m not really sure how to get the ties laid out correctly. I’d also like to use hand laid track on my trestles, which are mostly curved.

Does anyone know if there’s any place else online where I might find tips and techniques for hand-laying track?
