Hal Carstens, Publisher of Railroad Model Craftsman and Railfan & Railroad Magazine passed away this morning.
Hal was one of the early leaders of publishing train related magazines. I learned many things from articles and columns in both Railfan and Railroad Model Craftsman.
He will be missed. God Bless You Hal.
