Grandkids visit the In-ko-pah RR & more

Our son Steven and his three children came out from Texas to visit recently. The two girls, Shilo (8) and Serenity (6) arrived first by plane. About a week later Steven and Samuel (4) arrived by car.

The kids all loved the railroad. Samuel’s eyes just about popped out of his head when he first saw it – unlike the girls, he hadn’t been here since I started construction.

We also took the girls to Disneyland, and all three kids to the San Diego Zoo. We rode trains at both attractions.

I just posted pics on my website. Here’s a direct link to the page:

It’s always an enjoyable experience when families get together. Specially when they live so far apart. Thanx for sharing your reunion.

Ray, those lovely photos made me look forward to seeing all our American rellies in September. We’re hoping to have a gathering of the clan at my older brother’s place in New York on the 27th. If everyone makes it, we’ll have folks coming in from Texas, Virginia, South Carolina and Wisconsin!
