Does anyone know where to get motors for the GP-40? What company makes them? Ron
Navin at Precision RC.
The correct motors may be indicated in the article on my site, but you probably cannot buy them individually.
Give Navin a CALL … not email… Lewis got a full set of 1000 motors to replace the counterfeits he got the first time.

Thanks Greg
By the way, saw the post on the other forum, if you are buying a used block, be sure to do a measurement on the current draw right away.
It can seem to run ok, but high current draw is the signature of impending doom.

Greg Got hold of Navin and he has them so thanks again. Ron
Great news, Navin definitely has the new ones. Did he mention you may have to clip off 2 lugs in the motor block?
The correct motors are longer than the counterfeit ones, and you can see the motor block was designed for the correct ones, and they added 2 lugs to accommodate the shorter motors they were supplied.
I am not sure you will run into this issue, but it’s easily handled if you do.
