Got new style engine house out

Take a look ZERO rust. This is just the end parts for now, will be working on and off on this project for the next month or two. Thinking the other day how nice would it be to have aluminum buildings Powder coated… So on my 1st adventrue was an engine house. Will use GrantLine windows and doors on the product. End parts were cut out using a water jet machine. Enjoy and input is always welcome. 4 Bay

I didn't notice that - so Daniel you found one after all. Great! now you need to do the mod to flip the cab interior around and run it long hood first :)

The mod. It’s easy…

Nice looking start on the train house Daniel. Looking forward to seeing as you progress. Will be contacting you shortly about that bridge I discussed with you before Christmas. I need to confirm measurements before I contact you again. Have a good New Year.

Been sitting on the back burnner in the shop.

Now have to build the tool room, few more spot welds, powder coat, led lighting, smoke stacks then install…

Worth the wait!!! Nice job. After you install some windows and paint you can send it to me. I will “test” it for the next 20 or 30 seasons and then send you my unbiased opinion!!!

great looking structure Daniel, I Too build all my structures out of steel, not aluminum. For me it does not matter, I cover my structures with various products. I love the permanantability of steel structures. Unless you know it, people would never know they are steel. But I love always leaving the structures outside.

Dan,
These are great looking, I could use one as a car repair facility as I already have a engine house. These are very cool looking.
You’ve got mail.
