Goldings gets a facelift

It was a relief to see the title to this string referred to a location/industry on your railroad. I thought maybe Ric was going under the knife for a sagging chin or something. heehee!

Anyway nice job on Golding’s.

He may have. It’s hard to tell underneath all that fuzz on his chin.

Anyway, it’s not quite done, but enough to put it in service. Just some trim work to add to it. Still waiting on that.

Looks good Ken. I like how you made that jig for holding the roof. I might steal (or is it steel) that idea.

Your renovated freight depot looks real good Ken. It complements the new creamery just fine. I guess that is what gave rise to this project: the new outshone the old.

Actually they weren’t made to hold the roof. I made them up years ago to extend the length of some small clamps I had rather then using some bigger, and heavier clamps when I gluing something together. They were just handy for this…

(You had it right the first time)

the only kritics, that come to mind is the location.
the houses next to it let it look very big.
very well done

They’re next on the list Korm…

Very sneaky way to get some instant buildings. I applaud your efforts sir.

Looks good Ken, now you need to put a new name on the old one or make it look like a old run down vacant dock.

That’ll be Shawn’s job. He wanted it so I’m saving it for him…

Good to see you back posting.

yeah, Rodney… what Ken said about posting… Hope all is well…

Gee and I told Jan her freight business was expanding to another town. Well, if you change the name, don’t tell her.

We won’t Ric…YOU will!
