Can someone recommend a transparent glue that won’t fog up clear polycarbonate? I need something that isn’t just a solvent, as I need to glue a copper wire to the polycarbonate.
Although I haven’t used it for something like wire, I use the clear cement that aircraft modelers use to glue canopies. It has proven to be good for gluing polycarbonate to wood window frames. It is really clear and virtually disappears on the window frame. I’m not where the tube is and don’t remember the name, but will look in a couple of hours.
I think the other choice would be an ACC cement, but don’t have any direct experience.

Thanks. I already tried ACC, it fogged the plastic.
Testors makes a glue for it. It’s in a white container, with a purple label, bottle is sorta triangle shaped, like their black regular glue is in-which I like to use also. Called Clear Parts Cement and Window Maker
Jerry Barnes named the Testor’s Clear Parts Cement I have been using. I’ve had good results, but have never tried gluing a metal wire with it. Let me know the rod diameter and I could test it for you.
There are some ACC cements that say they don’t fog plastics, but I don’t have any and again can’t remember their names.

The wire I’m using is a single strand from a speaker wire. I don’t know the exact size but it’s really thin.
