Giving Thanks

Though we are certainly in a financial downturn and there seems to be upheaval in many parts of the World, I hope everyone can take time to give Thanks for all the we have. As Canada takes time to celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope we can share their thanks for the good things that surround all of us and not be constantly consumed by what we have lost or thought that we have lost. Happy Thanksgiving, neighbors.

Good thought, Ric

I’ll second that!

Thank you neighbours! :)

As usual in this house, we forgo the turkey. This year it is even more “indicative” since we get to elect a whole bunch of turkeys on Tuesday. That is generally more than most people can stomach,  too much turkey on Thanksgiving and a load more the day after. Cruel and unusual punishment.

Happy Thanksgiving, neighbors.

Yes a Happy Thanks Giving to all our fine folks up North. Later RJD

How nice of the northern neighbors to give us another thanksgiving each year! Since God is not allowed in US schools any more, they teach the kids that the Pilgrims gave thanks to the Indians
