Online Garden Railways said it was the August issue.
On the magazine it says it’s the September issue.
Has anyone seen the next issue? It seems like I got this one in June!
Current issue says August, came in July, next one will be October, should come in September. Seems to be how it works. Only 6 issues a year.

I have read on another Forum that folks have received, by post, the latest Issue which is dated OCTOBER.
There was a short circuit between the eyes and brain and it was the August issue.
Our Pony Express service has a lame horse and the new issue should show up this week.

The month on the cover is the second of the two months in the cycle (i.e Jan/Feb is labeled “February”). They usually hit the newsstands around the 5th of the first month in the cycle, and arrive in people’s mailboxes within a week either way of that date depending on mail service, so you could get the “February” issue at the end of December.

Hmmm, I received my Oct 2010 issue on Saturday (8/28). Go figure., I guess its like back to school sales in June and Christmas sales in October.

Being an advertiser, I get the “publisher” copy early. Still not having mine this go around, I called to see what’s up? Sorry, since we forgot to run your ad this month, you didn’t get one! I guess I’ll get to see if the ad makes a difference in sales or not. So if by chance you are looking for the G-Scale Graphics ad … it ain’t there, but it should be back next time.
Missing ad. The plebs will be saying you must be out of business!!! 
When I worked for newspapers I knew a lot of people in advertising (married one in 1976!) I only remember one ad in 30 years of daily newspapers that was left out. I guess we had a system, one Garden Railways obviously doesn’t have!

I hadn’t subscribed in several years because of my eyesight. I’ve been hoping they would offer internet subscriptions but no such luck. Tjose I can make so I can read them!
I’ll use a magnifying glass to read it this year but probably go back to sending my money on the layout instead.
I still subscribe. It provides inspiration and I enjoy the read.
