G scale Modular layout.

Here is a G scale Modular layout. I have been working on this since 2012. It has been a labor of love. I have done about 4-5 train shows a year and the layout has come a long way since it was first started .
The Layout will fit in an area approximately 24’ x32’. It consist of 16 Modules. There are 12 pentagon shaped modules and 4 straight modules. It is done in all code 332 aluminum track.
This is a turn key setup. Ready to be set up at any event with a reasonably level floor. The lighting Systems just makes the layout standout anywhere. This would be great for a group of guys that love to run trains.

Included is:
Layout with full matching scenery.
Complete backdrop hand painted.
Complete lighting system
It has its own custom 7’ x 17’ V nose trailer that 90% of the layout will fit into.
The layout has 5 sound systems.
A custom smoke system for 3 of the buildings.
It has 50+ trees.
It has 10 buildings.

Included in the price is one free setup of the whole layout.
I will deliver or meet within a reasonable distance for a deposit on the layout.

I am not getting out of the hobby. Just changing direction a little… I am currently working on a Indoor F scale layout.

edit: next thing you know, Tom Miller will be offering his $4 million layout and property for sale here…you think Bob McCown would insist on a cut of that?

I understand what you are saying… but this is an item more for a group to buy. So if you take the selling price and devide it but the number in the group it could be pretty reasonable.

I promise I am making no profit on this… it just getting to big to do by myself…

Your modular is dang near bigger than the area my outdoor will be in. Jeez some people and their toys.
