We produce - amongst other things - handmade trees which are delicate since they are mostly made of natural materials.
One day I received an email from the USA complaining about the quality of our trees i.e. they are delicate. I emailed right back and asked the “customer” to give me the name of the dealer he bought them from in order to supply replacements or other compensation.
He bought the trees from XYZ dealer (I honestly don’t remember), but since we never sold anything to that dealer I passed that on to the “customer”.
BTW if one buys detailed, delicate trees and treats them like bottle brushes … wellllll. That is a problem regardless of who made the trees.
