From the mfg's end

We produce - amongst other things - handmade trees which are delicate since they are mostly made of natural materials.
One day I received an email from the USA complaining about the quality of our trees i.e. they are delicate. I emailed right back and asked the “customer” to give me the name of the dealer he bought them from in order to supply replacements or other compensation.

He bought the trees from XYZ dealer (I honestly don’t remember), but since we never sold anything to that dealer I passed that on to the “customer”.
BTW if one buys detailed, delicate trees and treats them like bottle brushes … wellllll. That is a problem regardless of who made the trees.

I buy bottle brushes and treat them like trees. Does that count?

Its good to know that you stand behind your bottle brushes… er … trees, HJ.

… The Three Stooges…

I believe that two of those are rivers in Oregon, not in Washington. But how would I know. I have difficulty spelling my name.

My Mum’s name was the same as yours. She spelled it with an ‘e’.
You could try that.
She didn’t have a beard though.

PS:
I love yr avatar, Norm. Who’s got talent, eh?

Well, I suppose that some of them are indeed rivers, Norman, but all of them are place names. Do you know how to pronounce them?

I do! And can spell most of them w/o looking at them. Then again I’ve been to Hump Tulips!

Born and raised in WA!

He painted that with a black marker pen on the mirror while studying his reflection. :P :P
