Large Scale Central

Friar Mt RR

I took my little guy to the Friar Mt Model train layout in Sparta NJ. 20 minute drive from my house. Its not a hudge G scale layout but fun to watch the trains when cabin fever starts to settle in or you need to kill some time. All the buildings were scratch built and there are a lot of them. Here is a short video I made. The squeaky voice in the background is my little guy.

Well,
It’s not the snow plowin video I expected you to make today…but I like it
You must be getting old, hanging out inside where it’s warm

Lol it was te 40-50 MPH winds that kept us inside. No fun when its windy.

Shawn,
I had no idea they had a g-scale layout? I will have to take the family there.

Nico

We had the nasty winds here too. No power for about 6 hours Friday night.
It was kinda odd, as the winds were not too bad when we lost power. Got much worse afterward.

Nico its fun to take the kids to. Its open fri-Sunday. Afterwards you can hit the Chatter Box for lunch. They have a G scale train that runs around the place. Hobbytown is close by as well. Of course the Kittatinny Mt RR is close by
