I’m selling a free lanced 2-4-0 that I built. It started as one of the older Bachmann side tank 0-4-0s. As you can see from the pics I’ve made a tender, changed the pilot a bit, added a pilot truck, obviously removed the side tanks and added stuff.

It is equipped with an RCS Beltrol ESC for radio controlled operation. The tender will accommodate a 4 cell Lithium Ion pack, as shown in the pics, which runs the loco for at least 2 hours. I haven’t run it down to the cutoff point.

There is also a crew of two that I sculpted.

This loco will pull 6 or so cars, obviously depending on their weight, very well and the mechanism is very smooth. It has been run primarily on my indoor layout with a couple of outings to the Finger Lakes Live Steamers open houses.

Included in the deal is the loco/tender, crew and the RCS Beltrol. I’ll pull out my receiver. You can pick up a complete 2.4ghz radio system for around $50.

The price I’m asking is $200 plus shipping. I would encourage you to consider shipping insurance. If you use Paypal please toss in a couple of bucks for the Paypal fees.

If you’re hot to trot for my radio and receiver add $50. Its a 6 channel Exceed CT6A.

Its a really cools little engine Dave, but for myself I already have too much stuff as it is, plus being indoors I’m strictly track power. Hope you can sell it

That’s a nice loco. Just the kind of stuff I like and I do the 2.4 GHz radios too. Unfortunately just took another pay cut at Job #2 and Job #1 is still not back to full time, so I have no hobby budget. If I had the cash I’d jump on it. It’s a great price.

Dave I love this - apparently as I’m a “newbie” I am unable to send you an email. So a couple of questions please :

Is she based on the 1:20.3/Fn3 Porter (looks like the chassis), and - the bigger problem - would you ship to the UK ? I don’t need the RC stuff. Could you please give me dimensions, length and height ?
