The NV signifies the Napa Valley Road name- Fa1, FB1, Fa1 NV (sorry, my keyboard occasionally skips letters, or I do…) Thanks for drawing my attention to it.

Thanks Phil. I don’t think I’ve ever seen an ABA set of the Napa’s before…very cool find! The RCRR always has a warm spot for unwanted ALCos, but I think these are clearly desired by many.
