For Sale, LGB turnouts and crossovers

Hi Troops,
With all the chat about turnouts in several threads, I decided to post the LGB items that I want to sell or trade for something that I can use.
All are used and no boxes.
Here are the items:
Qty 2 LGB 22.5 degree crossovers, no joiners. $25.00 each + shipping
Qty 2 LGB 1215 R1 L/H turnouts, no actuators, with plates, missing one joiner. $15.00 each + shipping
Qty 4 LGB 1615 R3 L/H turnouts, with electric actuators not tested, with plates, no joiners. $35.00 each + shipping
Qty 5 LGB 1605 R3 R/H turnouts, with electric actuators not tested, with plates, no joiners. $35.00 each + shipping
Qty 3 LGB 1605 R3 R/H turnouts, no actuators, with plates, no joiners. $25.00 each + shipping.
Again, these are all used items, no boxes, as is, no returns.
These pieces have never been used outside and had been used on a modular layout.

Anyone interested in the entire package of LGB items listed in my previous post, send me a PM and we can chat about a package price. I can take pics of them if anyone desires. Not sure if I will be able to post the pics here as I have pics in my freight shed that for some reason I have not been able to send to a post.
Anyway, talk to me, we can work out something.

Bob,

If you have working LGB turnout motors, I’ll give you $10 each and pay shipping in whatever quantity.

Hi Todd,
I did test all the actuators and they all worked. As new actuators are around $40 each, your $10 offer is on the light side. if you sweeten your offer some , I may consider.

Hi Bob,

How many do you have? Are they the newer style with just the “hook” or the earlier style with the hook and loop at the end of each throw bar? (Am not interested in any that use three wire connections.)

Thanks

Hi Todd,
4 LGB 1615 L/H turnouts with hook type switch motors, 2 wire, with step plates, no joiners. $20.00 each
5 LGB 1605 R/H turnouts with hook type switch motors, 2 wire, with step plates, no joiners. $20.00 each
3 LGB 1605 R/H turnouts, no switch motors, with step plates, no joiners. $10.00 each
2 LGB 22.5 degree crossovers, no joiners. $15.00 each
If you buy this as a package deal for $240 + $40.00 for shipping, I will ad in 8 sections of LGB curved track, that is marked as R 1175 (R3) which is the same curve as these turnouts.
All items are used but not abused, all switch motors have been tested and work. These items were used on a modular layout, all LGB rail joiners have been removed as the layout had been connected with Split Jaw rail joiners. No Split Jaw rail joiners nor LGB rail joiners are included in this package.
I have put pics in my Freight Shed and I will attempt to post them here.

How do I bring pics from the Freight Shed into a post???
Or from my pictures???

Hi Bob, Another Todd here.

I will take these if available:

" 3 LGB 1605 R/H turnouts, no switch motors, with step plates, no joiners. $10.00 each "

for $30 and the shipping. Thanks.

Hi Cape Cod Todd,
I can do that, PM me your shipping address and I’ll send them out Monday. you can send me a check or cash after you receive them. What is your choice of shipping? I think that USPS has a priority box that they will fit into.

Hi Bob, I’m really looking for 4-6 nice turnout motors as replacements/spares, but will take fewer if that’s what you have. I don’t need the turnouts. Also, I don’t want to take them away from the existing turnouts, if that keeps you from selling the turnouts, a real possibility.

I’ll pay $15 each, but for that you pay the shipping on the lot. If it fits it ships is <$6 or whatever method you choose.

Thanks,

Todd Brody

Hi Todd Brody,
I understand about turnout motors, it took me several years to collect the dozen or so new ones that I have as spares, I use them on Aristo wides and I’m down to about six with one being the loop type which has a different throw than the later pin type.
Let me give it some thought, there are some folk that use manual switch throw stands and possibly someone may want some turnouts without motors.
I was going to build a layout for my close by younger grandsons but their interest in trains wasn’t strong enough, so I have dropped the idea. Too many electronic widgets to play with these times.
I’m concentrating my efforts on building a rotary coal dumper for Aristo 100 ton coal hoppers as the club members have lots of them and we need something new on the layout.

Hi Bob,

I’m potentially interested in one of the crossings and a few of the switches (doesn’t matter with or without motors). What do you have left?

Hi Todd Brody,
I’ll do four turnout motors to you. I may be able to do six, and I’ll know soon.

Hi Robbie Hanson,
I can do a crossing and some L/H and or R/H switches without motors. Give me a little to get the groups together and organized so I don’t get confused, old guy!!! HaHa!!!
