I have 8 Delaire 18-24 volt Solenoids with a 8 port manifold, a board with 8 DPDT 12 volt relays. Also has some kind of logic board and cannot find any information on how it functions.

I have checked that the solenoids work and the relays work. The 8 port manifold has one nib broken off and the broken part is still in the tubing, this could be glued back onto the manifold.

The logic board had a bad 5 volt regulator and is replaced now.

All I could glean from how this function was you supply 24 volts DC and itr would power the relays, solenoids and logic board, but I would rewire the power to 12 volt DC for the logic board and relays and 24 volt DC wall wort for the solenoids. The relays activate the solenoids.

Hi Dennis, Pardon my ignorance, but is this some type of system for controlling turnouts using pneumatic actuation? Not that I’m interested in purchasing it, but it does look interesting.

Yes it is but I do not have any air motors.

Dave, find a way to incorporate a microswitch to switch power to the frog and you have a winner.

I’d be interested in price, but looks great.
