A FB railfan group was just talking about that locomotive the other day.
Several of the guys were saying it was the ugliest streamliner they’d ever seen.
They didn’t say why
But to me, it doesn’t look much different from the other streamliners.

Looks pretty good to me, but then I like just about any steam loco.

Classic! Looks like many of the streamline locos of that Raymond Loewy, Dreyfuss, and Kuhler era. And I’m with Ray on “any steam loco.” Meanwhile, since you mentioned it…
