Large Scale Central

Fist Annual Fall Equinox Steamup (29 pics)

The day started cool and foogy on the coast…great plumes…but by noon sunny and hitting 70. Note the next gen. in training…Eli, Mollie, Abbie(the blond). Good time had by all. I stopped taken pics around noon so some late comers engines are missing from the photos. If you see your pic you know who you are  600 foot main line with an up an over on 1.3 % up and 2% down. My AML 0-6-0 with 10 cars and no Rc runs great with just one throttle setting

Smile

awswome pictures and layout Larry. Some of those shots look real (the house gives it away lol) I love that raised yard area for getting trains ready. I really need something like that.

Nice shots Larry!

Looks like you guys had a great time. Thanks for the pictures.

Shawn, that would be pretty easy to the way your side yard slopes away from the layout.

Beautiful , just beautiful , wish I lived close and was invited to operate on your layout , what a place you have , shows a LOT of work has been done .

Very nice.
Thanks for sharing.

The layout looks great Larry. Make sure you keep the 3 little ones (in the first picture) interested because their the future of this great hobby.

Great pics, and a really nice looking layout! Some pretty sweet engines, too. I especially like that beautiful Garratt.

Very nice Larry. I like that covered yard area also, and your building flat is looking good. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the neat pics. Very nice looking RR. Looks like a fun layout to operate on. Later RJD

Larry, looks like a nice run… Wonderful pictures of a beautiful railroad… Was great to see it in July, many thanks…
