Large Scale Central

First video of new RR

I made the first video for the new Kittatinny mountain RR. Still a lot to do creating view blocks and getting the scenery more green. The end of the video has a ride along.

Wow that looks great!!! The trains run good and the layout looks well established. The structures made the move very well and look nice. Looking forward to more nice videos.

Doc Tom

Really nice.

Thanks guys. It should look even better once the plants start to spread and I add a few more scenes and structures. Im working on the trestle now and the covered bridge will be next.

Looks great Shawn!

I’m still trying to figure out how you hid the pull string through the entire video

Your railroad looks great ! Love your little live steamer , thinking of getting one someday . Is yours RC controlled.

Nice run Shawn.(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-cool.gif)

Not to shabby there Shawn!(http://www.largescalecentral.com/externals/tinymce/plugins/emoticons/img/smiley-wink.gif)

How is the old RR?

Have you helped the new owner to get it up and running?

Thanks guys

Mike I only I have one steamer that is RC, my Forney. The Lumberjack in the video can easily be converted to RC but I try to keep y grades to a minimum that why I can set the throttle and let it go. Most of the geared steamers really don’t need RC. The rod engine that need it more.

Sean the old railroad is slowing growing. I few switches were added for the expansion and the new owner plans on expanding out soon. He added a large freight yard where I had the engine house. It also looks like he converted back to narrow guage  I have been over their a few times running with him and helping out.

I love it

It looks okay, it looks like it was rushed. Maybe you could have put a little more thought into it. The old layout was much better.

Just kidding, looks great Shawn,

Nico

Nice work Shawn!

Back on Track Shawn!.

Nice looking layout, Shawn. Great video, too.
