Bad day today in Wilson Valley. The oldest inhabited house in the valley caught fire today with the fire spreading to one of the next door apartment houses. Both buildings were condemned and the fire inspectors blamed the fire on very old faulty wiring.
I have seen this happen, too, to those shoddily built homes -

Boy Rudolf Jager… When I seen your post title, we got shook up being we just pulled the town of Wilsonville out of Wilson Valley here in Ca. We are doing some repairs on the town before our Group train run on Nov. 21 st.

Probably some of them government inspectors did a tailgate inspection if you get my drift.

Thats really a joke on me. When I set up my plan for the railroad I named Wilson Valley after one of my co workers who just got out of the Army after coming back from Irag a few years ago. I had no idea that there really was a Wilson Valley in California
