This is a kit from SG Models Wooden kits. You need to cut everything out, make the windows and doors etc. For the most part all material is supplied. They take a while to build. They are supposed to be able to withstand the outside if treated accordingly. However, my experience is that these would not stand up to the weather of the Pacific NW. Also, the small pieces like the deck, stairway, railings etc would be chewed up by the squirrels. I have made a number of these now, http://timothydehan.com/redmondcreekrr/buildings.htm and will be keeping them for my inside layout and move all the resin ones to the outside.
