Every railroad needs an Inspection Engine doesnt it?

Looking thru old Gazette issues aint a good idea…? Its a bad idea when you look around at an unwanted trolley and an unwanted switcher, open a magazine and that darn Muse clubs you over the head with a coal shovel …but then every railroad needs an Inspection Engine doesnt it???

Didnt know if this would really work until I cut the drive into the trolley body The drive is HLW 0-4-0 switcher, a real PITA to dissassemble as it mostly glued together, the rest will find aonther life soon. In progress, well see how this one goes… BTW Gazoo jan/feb 07 pg 68

Vic,
as well as an inspection engine, many early tram locomotives were very similar (by law the motion was required to be covered).

Yeah, yeah, yeah, another bash. Knock it off and get workin’ on that layout. You guys in LaLa land can’t use that bad weather excuse.

Nah. I just want to see pics of these guys running on a layout out in the sunshine and not collecting dust as shelf queens in your garage!
